Console access

The web console is at cloud.nesshq.com.

• Sign-in requires username, password and a two-factor code sent by email.
• Your license sets the user limit.
• New accounts are created inactive until an administrator enables them.

Public IP restriction

Access can be restricted by public IP. If your organization's public IP changes, users may lose access and need support.
