ness-web-filter
NESS web filter (Web Filter service).
Commands are run by name (the installer adds the binaries to PATH). On Windows, run them in PowerShell as administrator (recommended; required where marked "Yes"). On macOS and Linux, with sudo.

Pending
Linux arguments: pending (--help output to be confirmed).
On Windows, filter management (enable, disable, repair the root CA) is done with ness-core-service.
